Returns and product problems

Our posters and sticker sheets are made to order, so we do not offer returns for a change of mind. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a fault, contact us through our contact page with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess it.

We will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us before posting a return so we can arrange the appropriate process and address.
